Manufacturing Process
1. PE Tube Production: Pulling Tubes → Heading → Printing (Offset/Silk Screen) → Locking/Sealing → 100% Quality Inspection → Packaging.
2. ABL & PBL Tube Production: Material Selection (270u-390u) → Printing Process (UV/Hot Stamping) → Tube Forming → Column Heading → Final Sealing.
3. Aluminum Tube Process: Tube Flushing → Annealing → Internal Spraying → Printing → Tail Glue Coating → Inspection.
