We supply a variety of plastic packaging tubes made of PE used for industries such as cosmetics, food, detergent, and pharmaceuticals.

■ Printing Options

Offset Print

Up to 6 colors. Uses CMYK/4-Color Process. Gradient Screens are acceptable. Ink is integrated with the tube finish.

Silk Screen

Up to 3 colors. Provides a raised feel to the touch and remains glossy even on matte finish tubes.

Hot Stamping

Up to 2 colors. Metallic sheen with a slight tactile feel, maintaining a premium glossy finish.

■ FAQ

1. How can we place an order? After agreeing on surface finish and price, we provide a proforma invoice. Upon deposit, we produce PPS samples for final confirmation. Once approved, mass production takes 25-35 days. Final balance is due after the QC report before shipping.

2. What are the payment terms? We require a 30% deposit in advance by T/T, with the remaining 70% balance paid when goods are ready. Small amounts can be processed via PayPal.

3. What are the shipping options? For small orders, we use International Express (FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS), taking 3-7 work days. Large quantities are shipped via ocean transportation (approx. 1 month). Air freight is also available for urgent needs.

4. Can I get a sample? Samples without customized logos are free (freight collect). For customized logos, we charge for labor and ink costs, and freight remains on the client's account.

5. How are the tubes packed? For sealed tubes (orifice filling), tubes and caps are packed separately. For unsealed/open-end tubes, caps are pre-assembled and organized in polybags within export cartons.

6. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? We accept small quantities starting from 5,000 pieces per order.
