How can we place an order?
After agreeing on surface finish and price, a proforma invoice is issued. Upon deposit, PPS samples are made for final confirmation. Mass production follows approval, taking 25-35 days.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit in advance via T/T, with the remaining 70% balance paid when goods are ready. Small amounts can be processed via PayPal.
How is shipping handled?
Small orders are sent via International Express (3-7 work days). Large quantities are shipped via Ocean transportation (approx. one month). Air freight is available for urgent needs.
Can I get a sample?
Samples without customized logos are free (freight collect). For customized logos, a charge for labor and ink costs applies, along with freight.
How are the tubes packed?
For sealed tubes, caps and tubes are packed separately. For unsealed/open-end tubes, caps are pre-assembled and organized in polybags within cartons.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer Offset Printing (up to 6 colors), Silk Screen (raised texture, glossy), and Hot Stamping (metallic finish). All three can be used on a single tube.
