BOPP Film Lamination Matte and Glossy - Bopp Cold Thermal Lamination Film
BOPP film includes: ordinary biaxial stretching polypropylene film, heat-sealed biaxial stretching polypropylene film, cigarette packaging film, biaxial stretching polypropylene pearlescent film, biaxial stretching polypropylene metallized film, extinction film, etc.
1. BOPP Normal Film: Suitable for printing and compounding of food packaging, paper compounding, and general packaging. Tape film occupies a large proportion due to large output and simple process requirements.
2. BOPP Thermal Sealing Film: Available in one-sided or two-sided options. Used primarily in thermal sealing packaging for food, medicine, and electrical components. It is both heat-sealable and printable.

Hot Laminating Film: Activates at temperatures between 210 and 240 degrees. Low-melt films operate at 185 to 195 degrees to protect heat-sensitive inkjet graphics.
Cold Laminating Film: Uses aggressive adhesives applied via pressure rather than heat. While they cost more, they can be applied using easier-to-operate, non-heated laminators.
While a machine makes lamination easier, it is possible to laminate paper at home using self-adhesive sheets or transparent packing tape in a pinch.
Before delivery, all goods are strictly verified by the logistics department. Each step is documented via photography to ensure quality.
